Operations Manager
Daniela DeMarco joined Skin Dermatology in 2019 as a Patient Experience Coordinator. Her prior experience as assistant manager at a Plastic Surgery office in Manhattan coupled with her 10 years of medical experience (Front Desk & Medical Assistant) made her the perfect person to welcome you to our practice. In 2021 she transitioned to the role of Patient Experience Manager, guiding and ensuring optimal patient care and service.
In June 2022, Daniela was promoted to Operations Manager to ensure that our medical practice runs smoothly, and high-quality healthcare is provided to every patient. In this role she manages the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to the Patient Experience, Skin Type Solutions, Revenue Management, Purchasing and Recruiting Talent. Daniela and her team will ensure your experience as a patient will always be the best.
In addition to her medical experience, Daniela is also a certified esthetician who earned her education from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics. She is extremely passionate about patient care, she believes that each patient is unique and it's important that their specific needs and wants are catered to every time they are seen at our office. She takes pride in knowing each patient she interacts with receives an individualized experience.
Daniela is originally from Miami, Florida, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Evan and just became the proud mom of a baby boy, Evan Jr. Outside of the office she enjoys reading, dancing, cooking and skincare.
