Dr. Alissa Lamoureux
Founder & Medical Director

Alissa Lamoureux, DO, FAOCD, FAAD, is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, a Fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dually board certified in Dermatology and Internal Medicine, Dr. Lamoureux provides comprehensive medical care to her patients by incorporating her strong foundation in Internal Medicine of the care of her Dermatology patients.

Dr. Lamoureux received numerous accolades as an internal medicine physician, her goal was always to be a dermatologist. Treating skin, after all, is her passion. During her extensive dermatology training at Broward Health Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, she worked with world-renowned medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologists, dermatopathologists, plastic surgeons, oncologists, and allergists. She participated in a the care of a diverse patient population and learned cutting edge techniques. Her vigorous training and extensive experience equipped her to start her own practice and be a success. Dr. Lamoureux enjoyed giving back to her community as a physician volunteer ringside at Junior Olympic Boxing events and as a volunteer Dermatology specialiast at Free Care Clinics in the Greater Fort Lauderdale Community and at annual American Academy of Dermatology free skin cancer screening events. Dr. Lamoureux was honored to present her research at the national conference of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. . She has been a featured international speaker to share her experience and insight into telemedicine and teledermatology. She authored an ebook on this topic that was provided across the world. She was also featured on today.com as an expert on telemedicine and its delivery during the COVID 19 pandemic.

Dr. Peter Tomaiolo
Clinical Trial Director

Peter Tomaiolo, MD is a Gastroenterology Specialist in Worcester, MA and has over 51 years of experience in the medical field.​ He is Dr. Alissa Lamoureux's father and a supporter of her success in the dermatology field.​​ Dr. Tomaiolo​ graduated from Universita Degli Studi Di Bologna, Facolta De Medicina E Chirurgia medical school in 1970.

Daniela DeMarco
Operations Manager

Daniela DeMarco joined Skin Dermatology in 2019 as a Patient Experience Coordinator. Her prior experience as assistant manager at a Plastic Surgery office in Manhattan coupled with her 10 years of medical experience (Front Desk & Medical Assistant) made her the perfect person to welcome you to our practice. In 2021 she transitioned to the role of Patient Experience Manager, guiding and ensuring optimal patient care and service. 

In June 2022, Daniela was promoted to Operations Manager to ensure that our medical practice runs smoothly, and high-quality healthcare is provided to every patient. In this role she manages the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to the Patient Experience, Skin Type Solutions, Revenue Management, Purchasing and Recruiting Talent. Daniela and her team will ensure your experience as a patient will always be the best.

In addition to her medical experience, Daniela is also a certified esthetician who earned her education from the Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics. She is extremely passionate about patient care, she believes that each patient is unique and it's important that their specific needs and wants are catered to every time they are seen at our office. She takes pride in knowing each patient she interacts with receives an individualized experience. 

Daniela is originally from Miami, Florida, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Evan and just became the proud mom of a baby boy, Evan Jr. Outside of the office she enjoys reading, dancing, cooking and skincare.

Olivia Sivo
Lead Medical Assistant

Olivia Sivo joined Skin Dermatology in 2020 as a Medical Assistant. She is a graduate of the Austin Community College Medical Assistant Program, as well as a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant. Since graduating, Olivia has worked 3 years as a Medical Assistant in Dermatology. Olivia enjoys working with patients, she understands that quality, effective care coupled with best-in-class customer service results in the patient experience that our patients have come to expect. In 2021, Olivia was promoted to Lead Medical Assistant to strengthen the partnership between our providers, clinical and business operations team ensuring the very best in patient experience, safety, and care.

Olivia is extremely passionate about Dermatology and loves see patient improvements and results. Outside of the office she enjoys an active and social lifestyle by going on walks, hanging out with friends and visiting some of New England’s beautiful beaches.

Sarah O'Donnell
Medical Assistant

Sarah O’Donnell joined Skin Dermatology in 2022 as a Medical Assistant. She is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute with her certification in Esthetics. She has extensive healthcare and patient engagement experience which she garnered as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist at a Medical Spa. With her background of patient care and esthetics she felt that dermatology provided the very best atmosphere to continue to grow.

Sarah loves to help patients feel confident and happy in their skin. She believes dermatology is a perfect fit for her passions. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her daughter, Avery, especially watching her play softball, as well as their family dog.

Kayla Rosiello
Medical Assistant

Kayla Rosiello joined Skin Dermatology in 2022 as a Medical Assistant. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Neuroscience, as well as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has extensive clinical, patient engagement, pharmaceutical and customer service experience which she garnered at previous health, pharmacy and customer facing positions. She aspires to become a family medicine physician assistant with a focus on preventative medicine and the influence of lifestyle factors on health.

Kayla loves being able to have a direct positive impact on patient quality of life and helping them achieve their healthcare goals. She was born and raised in Shrewsbury. Outside of the office, she loves weightlifting, cooking and baking, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.

Kelly Harding
Medical Assistant

Kelly Harding joined Skin Dermatology in 2023 as a Medical Assistant. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont Honors College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Biochemistry. Kelly was born and raised in Shrewsbury, MA and looks forward to providing the very best in healthcare and patient experience to her community. She aspires to attend medical school in the future and feels that Skin Dermatology provides the very best atmosphere to continue to learn and grow.

Kelly loves the clinical side of dermatology and how the skin can give insight into so many deeper conditions that can affect a patient’s health and quality of life. Outside of the office, she loves hiking and photography, as well as quality time with her two chocolate Labrador Retrievers.

Alisha Laliberte
Patient Experience

Alisha Laliberte joined Skin Dermatology in 2022 as a Patient Experience Coordinator. She is a Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Roger Williams University with a dual Bachelor’s Degree in Public Healthcare Administration and Psychology, in addition she was honored as Salutatorian of her graduating class. She has extensive customer service and patient engagement experience which she garnered at previous health, wellness and brand ambassador positions.

Alisha is passionate about working to help patients have the most efficient and positive experience, which is what drew her to Skin Dermatology. She is thrilled to work with knowledgeable professionals and looks forward to being able to learn more about all aspects of dermatology. She loves spending time outdoors by hiking mountains with her dog Loki, as well as Crossfit, bowling and writing music.

Mary Weed
Patient Experience

Mary Weed joined Skin Dermatology in 2022 as Patient Experience. She has extensive healthcare and patient engagement experience which she garnered as a Surgical Coordinator at a Multi-Specialty Medical Group in Newport News, VA. Relocating to Massachusetts she became intrigued with medical and cosmetic dermatology obtaining the Front Desk Lead position at another local dermatology practice.

Mary joined our team after seeing the opportunity and growth potential, as well as the ability to impact people’s opinion of healthcare. She looks to always keep the patient experience as simple and stress free as possible. She looks forward to learning more about cosmetic dermatology. Mary is passionate about maintaining a balanced life, she loves watching live sports, as well taking in all New England’s most beautiful sights, beaches and festivals.
